Common questions.
Why not ask family, or hire somebody myself?
A favour cannot be chased, priced or complained about. Hiring somebody yourself means finding them, judging them and taking their word for the result. Here there is nobody to compare or negotiate with, and the result is ours to verify rather than theirs to sign off.
How do I know the evidence is genuine?
Every item is timestamped as it is uploaded and stored privately against the task. A person here then checks each file against the requirement it was meant to answer. A Field Partner can tick their own items but never untick one, and their report moves the job to review, never to done.
When do I pay?
Not while you are describing the task. We scope it, send you the price and the plan, and you decide. Nothing is dispatched until the payment clears.
What happens to money spent on my behalf?
It is billed at cost on its own line, with no fee on it, and whatever is not spent comes back. We ask for it up front because nobody can buy on your behalf with money that has not arrived. It is not escrow.
What if the task cannot be completed?
An office is shut, a file is missing, an address is wrong. The Field Partner records what they found, with proof, and tells the desk. We come back to you with what was possible. You are never asked to pay for work that did not happen.
What if I disagree with the result?
Tell us and the job goes back rather than forward. We can send the field out again, and nothing is filed until the evidence answers what was agreed.
